Terms & Conditions

1.	ID Proof
Valid Photo ID (Aadhar/Voter ID/Driving License for Indian Nationals & Passport for NRI/Foreign Nationals) of guest staying in the Viduthi to be furnished at the time of check in. It will be scanned or photocopied to comply with local laws. One ID per room is required. If details given at the time of booking/stay are incorrect Viduthi Management has every right to cancel the reservation.  

2.	Advance Payment:
100% advance to be paid at the time of booking.

3.	Refund Policy
The amount will be refunded if cancellation is done 30 days before date of stay ,subject to 10%  cancellation charges . Refunds will be made only by cheque/bank transfer to the person who has paid the advance during booking. No refund for late cancellation. 

4.	Continuous Stay at a stretch Policy
Maximum continuous stay at a stretch in rooms & Magammai hall is restricted to 6 days. Booking can be done for rooms  in advance up to 6 months. 

5.	Early check-in & late check-out
Requests may be considered subject to availability and completely at the discretion of management & 24 hours check out policy.

6.	Non smoking& Non Alcoholic Zone.
The Entire Viduthi premises is a non smoking and non Alcoholic area.  Cooking is not permitted within the Viduthi premises.  Any breach thereon will result in eviction.

7.	Power Back UP Facility
Viduthi has UPS Power Back-Up facility to provide electricity for one fan & light per room for a brief period of time if there is any power cut or power failure. Currently we do not have a Genset. In case of power failure for more than 2 hours during your stay, AC rooms will be charged as non AC and differential amount will be refunded.

8.	Number of persons allowed per room.
Suit & AC: 2 Adults + 2 Child, NON AC double attached:  2 Adults + 1 Child, Single Room: 1 Adult is allowed. Stay of persons in room beyond stipulated will be permitted for a maximum of 1 person per room at an additional charge of Rs.100/person/day. Additional bed/mat if requested will be charged at Rs.100 and Rs.25 per day.

9.	Drivers & Servant/Assistants’ stay
The Drivers/Servants/Assistants of room occupant/s will be allowed to stay in designated common room/area at a charge of Rs.100 per day per person and they will be provided mat & pillow if required.

10.	Management Responsibilities:
         a)	If due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond management control booked room could not be made available or extra charged facilities such as AC etc., could not be provided  the amount collected for the same will be refunded.    
         b)	It is the responsibility of occupants of the room /magammai to ensure the safe keeping of their belongings.  The Management will not be responsible for any loss or theft if any thereon.
         c)	Viduthi has CCTV facility at Common areas.  Rooms are not covered.  The Premises is under watch and ward during night hours.
         d)	Lift facility should not be used to take any furniture or heavy items other than occupants accompanying luggage.  This is more specific for party hall users.

11.	Room Service Facility:
There is no room Service Facility in the Viduthi.

12.	Damage  or losses caused by the occupant if any
If there is damage or loss to the viduthi’s property or its belongings due to negligence or mishandling of room/Viduthi Occupant or their associates, the management has the full right to recover the loss or cost thereon from the Occupants or the person who made the booking.

13.	Car Parking Facility
Limited Car Parking Facility is available within the Viduthi Premises/area.  The same can be used subject to availability.  If no car parking is available within the Viduthi Premises, the occupants have to park their cars in the parking available outside at their own risk and responsibilities.

14.	Safe & Peaceful Stay
We would like all our Guests to have a pleasant stay with us, if any Guest is causing disturbance 
to fellow Guests/Staff the Management can decide at its sole discretion to evict the troublemaker. 

15.	Rebate for Nagarathar Guests
If the Guest is a Nagarathar and/or a Member there are special rebates available to them. Details of rebate is available with the Viduthi Manager. The rebate applicable will be refunded within one week of stay to the person who has paid the advance by Cheque/Bank Transfer and Invoice will be generated for the net amount received. 

16.	Taxes & Levies
Applicable Government Taxes & Levies if any will be charged extra and to be paid by the guest.
